Lemon-Garlic Salad Dressing

My go-to salad dressing

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 garlic clove
  • cracked black pepper
  • salt I'm using Diamond Crystal Kosher

Method
 

  1. To a jar add ¾ cup olive oil, 3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoon honey and ¼ teaspoon onion powder. Grate in 1 garlic clove and top with 2 teaspoon salt and lots of cracked black pepper. Seal the jar and shake vigorously until the dressing is emulsified. It should be slightly thickened and a little sticky.

Notes

Store the dressing in an air-tight containter in the fridge for up to three months.
