Italian Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic grated
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • ½ teaspoon salt (I'm using Diamond Crystal Kosher)
  • ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper

Method
 

  1. To a small jar (with lid), add ½ cup olive oil, 3 tablespoon red wine vinegar, 2 grated garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon dijon, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon red chili flakes, ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper. Seal with the lid and shake until emulsified. Taste and adjust seasoning.

Notes

If you don't have a jar, you can make the dressing using a small bowl and a whisk. 
Recipe makes ¾ cup of dressing.
